Q: I am interested in having Bristol represent me as a candidate, how should I proceed?

A: There are a number of ways to begin your relationship with Bristol. The easiest is through our contact form. Fill out the form and we will contact you to open a dialogue.

Q: I am content in my current position, why would a relationship with Bristol be beneficial to me?

A: Many of the candidates in our database are very successful in their current roles and not actively looking for a change, or are hesitant to enter the market because they don’t want to jeopardize their current position. Bristol can discreetly provide these candidates with information on roles that they would be a good fit for, as well as relevant industry color. It's a great way to keep current on your value in the market, and you may just hear about a dream position you never would have known about otherwise.

Q: Does it cost me anything to work with Bristol?

A: No. All services that Bristol provides to candidates in their database are completely free of charge. All of our fees are paid by our clients; the organizations that we represent.

Q: How will Bristol contact me about potential opportunities?

A: Unless you specifically tell us otherwise, Bristol will try to avoid contacting you at your place of work. Most candidates provide us with home or mobile telephone numbers and/or personal e-mail addresses.

Q: I know someone who may be a good candidate for your jobs, can I get credit for referring them to you?

A: With the Bristol Affiliate Program, you will receive a cash bonus for any candidate(s), first referred to us by you that we are successfully paid a fee for placing. Even if you request that we contact this person anonymously, without ever mentioning your name, you are still eligible for the bonus.

Q: How do I know if I am right for the roles you work on? How do you know what roles are right for me?

A: A Bristol associate will take the time to speak with you in depth about your skills and background, as well as the types of roles that would be ideal for you, and keep you updated accordingly.

Q: I may be interested in hearing about worthwhile opportunities, but I don’t want anyone to know I am looking. How can I be sure no one will find out?

A: Discretion is of the utmost importance to us at Bristol. We minimize candidate exposure by developing direct relationships with the hiring managers at each of the firms we represent. Furthermore we will never, under any circumstance, share your information with a client without your specific consent.
